in the last few month we were trying to update these page and
reinvigorate the mailing list. there is a lot of energy in the
area but we have to find the time for more collective discussions
and collaborations, since the academic system is quite
individualising, especially (!) in the social sciences! so your
questions / comments are appreciated on the mailing list, and
please add to the wiki what you find... :)
