[hackerspaces] Vandalism and Video Surveillance

We had theft issues in Arch Reactor over the course of some time. We
finally put it to our members if they desired camera surveillance or not.

Our membership decided to put in the cameras, as long as the monitor and
cameras were conspicuous. We haven't had any theft issues since. As a
bonus, we put up a few cameras for our landlord to watch the parking lot
and one to watch the front door so we know when someone is waiting to be
let in (we can't leave the front door of our building open.)

We've provided footage to the landlord a couple times for some parking lot
theft and vandalism, so it's helped our relationship there as well.

Nobody seems to mind them much, the footage isn't kept for that long.
