[hackerspaces] Anyone able to help me figure out problem with printrbot?

This is what I've done.
Checked wall outlet and its fine.
Checked power supply it is fine. Black and red is 5 volts. black and yellow is 12 volts.
This is where it looks odd. The fan and print head are -12 volts. The heater bed decided to start working and it is -11.5 volts.
Its real cramped in the printer case so I can't easily trace the wiring.
