I wish you guys the best of luck with your fundraiser, but I do want to mention one thing - building a large internal lofted structure yourselves, especially if it blocks sprinklers and people will be working under it, is dangerous and a very fast track to getting shut down by city inspectors. Faster still if you have a storefront-style space.
