[hackerspaces] New hackerspace form broken?

Hello,

When I click the new hackerspace link on the wiki and enter the new space
name, it takes me to this page:
http://hackerspaces.org/wiki/Special:FormEdit/Hackerspace/:Jefferson_County_Makers

...but there is no submit button at the bottom. Is the form broken? Or is
there some special trick to get the submit button to appear (e.g. filling
out every single field)?
