[hackerspaces] Show your space at 29C3, without even being in Hamburg

I don't know how much this had a success or not, but I got another
interesting idea.
What about having a talk from a hackerspace to the congress?
Streaming technology, bandwidth and conferencing tools are today good
enough to make this possible.
