[hackerspaces] partlister

I saw this initially. But neither the main site http://partkeepr.org/ nor
the demo http://demo.partkeepr.org/ worked.
I didn't try installing and running it though. Will give that a shot now!
I had a weekend and i had the idea. So yeah. =)
