[hackerspaces] Workshop Essentials

I started an "essential tools" page on hackerspaces.org:

I'm trying to think of essential items that are needed for a functional
workshop portion of a hackerspace. Please add tools/supplies you think
should be on the list.

Also, does anyone know of any good checklists for stocking a workshop with
tools and supplies?
