[hackerspaces] Anyone know any good steganography (hiding data inside images) tools? (Corrected/non-spell checked email)

I've researched this before, there was a CTF in the past year that had
their first clue be an image.  So I was looking for steg-detection tools.
 The only tools I could find were very dated.
