[hackerspaces] MPD - Web interface?

I imagine a number of you are affiliated with spaces that have a
jukebox like thing setup, and I imagine a number of those setups
involve MPD.

For those of you running MPD, what web interface are you using? I'm
trying to find something that a monkey could use, and by monkey I mean
anyone who comes to a hacker space looking for "computer tech
support". Additionally I'm looking for the ability to upload music
through the web interface so people can get music onto the server
without becoming discouraged when we tell them we have to get them an
SSH account to do so.

I need to be able to run the web interface twice, or some how have two
different URLs I can spit out for two different MPD instances being
hosted on the same machine.
