[hackerspaces] Open Access Control integration

Awesome, thanks!  I'll join the mailing list and get in touch with Jason
from Milwaukee Makerspace.  I'm also very interested in the hackathon this
fall.

SeltzerCRM has worked very well for us as far as tracking member info
(mostly contact and emergency contact).  We're going to be making a minor
release any day now which finishes member import, and the plugin/module
system (allowing anyone to add features without hacking core code).  We're
also working on a payment module that should be out in the next few weeks.
