[hackerspaces] Open Access Control integration

We did discuss the integration with the external member database; Jason at
Milwaukee Makerspace was also working on an external python-based app for
member management with an API that could talk to the OAC or other hardware
systems for the doors.

I think we're going to do another hackathon this fall, possibly at BarCamp
Milwaukee (barcampmilwaukee.org -- you're all invited!) to work on this
further. Would you share? I'm intrigued with SeltzerCRM--how is that
working for i3?
