[hackerspaces] Start your warp drives - SpaceGAMBIT awarded

This morning I received notice that our Hackerspace Space Program has completed the contract negotiation phase and the grant has been awarded.

At this time we are only funded for 1/2 the total (first year), and lots of details need to be figured out.
Next official order of business will be the Kickoff Meeting with DARPA. I have not been contacted about that yet.
