we use the old anchent greek "Akademeia" approach, in which
anyone can join us at any time, enjoining our projects and
helping us in some way, doing stuff together and so learning or
teaching something.  During time, the person joining us become
part of us, without any kind of burocratic process but simply
"doing stuff" with us, sharing our way of thinking and being
happy with us :)
