[hackerspaces] Help me make it happen for 'hackert0wn' on Indiegogo

As mentioned earlier, the real problem is you cannot build a lot of
this stuff yourself.  You need licensed contractors to do the work.
And they are not cheap.  Electrical, Plumbing, Construction will all
require licensed contractors and architects in many cases.  Plus
permits.  Without that, you face possible time in prison.

My brother does fire suppression out there.  It's very expensive to meet code.
