To clear this up: Almost all hackerspaces in Europe are smoke-free, but
most hackerspaces in Berlin allow smoking inside. That's just very specific
to that town. :)

Anyway, AFRA is a much needed addition to the world of hackerspaces,
because there are never enough hackerspaces. :)
