[hackerspaces] pcb production + smd component soldering - manufactor wanted

ahoi

can you recommend a company (preffered based in china) that produces 
PCBs and also does the SMD soldering work?
we are talking about 100-500 pcs depending on the price .. so this is 
not a huge big business thing but to keep the costs reasonable i have to 
find a factory that accepts orders in this scale and still offers a 
decent pricing..
i would prefer a company with fair working conditions and its ok if the 
boards are a *little* more expensive if the people that work there are 
treated respectfully.

any suggestions?
