[hackerspaces] Another registry?

Make Magazine won a DARPA award to help with education of k-12. The idea is
to get more kids interested in STEM Education.

In order to be a Maker Space you need to cater to students, primarily in
high school. They're trying to emulate the MIT Mobile Hackerspaces.
