Also, w/ the location, I would also suggest mentioning it on the
Reverse Space, HacDC, & NOVA Hackers mailing lists, cause I know there
are people who are on those lists and live out that way.
If you have a large garage, I know a few Hackerspaces have started out
of people's garages while trying to build the interest.
I would also suggest advertising the idea at any local colleges.
