[hackerspaces] Starting a hackerspace ( Winchester Va)

pick a day of the week and a time and a public place to meet, a place
friendly to sudden groups with wifi helps (was a pizza place for
ArchReactor), then put the word out however you can and keep going,
even if it's just you sometimes.  Keep putting the word out, you'll
think of new places to put up a bulletin.  Even keep putting up
bulletins in the same places, maybe change up the design a little so
it looks fresh.  Eventually you'll find a core group and it'll start
coming together.

That core group is the important part, there's a million different
ways to get it, with persistence being common to all.
