[hackerspaces] Why doesn't US hackerspaces show up at hackerspaces.org

There are now more than 500 non-US hackerspaces in the world. Wow :)

Well, I guess those aren't all active, but still.

I just created a 'super hackerspace' entry to provide links to the two
hackerspaces and tech shop that all share the same address. Hopefully
this one will stay at the top of the map.
