Actually, no. It would be better not to be burdened with this
negativity that mandates such an explanation.

I used the term "American" three times in my posting. Did you somehow
not get the message that I was speaking of America? Need I somehow
further clarify that for you?
Or is it somehow inappropriate to be speaking of an American concern?
Is there some reason that you would think that the people of America
(another way of saying "American public") are of no concern here?
Must all postings ONLY address concerns of international import?
If this terminology is not an issue in the Czech Republic, you are
free to employ the delete key.
