[hackerspaces] Hackerspace as a co-op?

Are there any hackerspaces that have formed as a co-op?  If so, how has
that worked out for your space?

We (the ATX Hackerspace - www.atxhackerspace.org) are looking at a few
business models and we are interested in the co-op model.
