[hackerspaces] HOPE #9 half price tickets!

I think they usually do a 2nd discounted round in Jan-Mar timeframe.

I kind of get the feeling they do the discounted rounds to get the
money for everything they have to prepay for.  Since this was a total
of $6000, I'm guessing it's the deposit for the space.
