[hackerspaces] Promotion for Canuck spaces

Greetings to all but this is directed at Canadian makerspaces. Or anyone
visiting Canada in late September.

Culture Days is a bit like Open Doors or Nuit Blanche. It takes place on
the last weekend of Sept. which this year is also the first weekend of
October. If you hold an event that is free for the public anytime during
that weekend you can list it with the main site. There was significant
press for last year and this year there is expected to be more.
