[hackerspaces] Removing non-hackerspaces from the hackerspaces.org list?

Well why don't we define the term "Hacker" and require that you have those
in the space?
All those who have bypassed government security systems raise their hands.
After that you're allowed to rent "space" and thusly a "Hackerspace".
cmon guys this is getting ricidulous.
