[hackerspaces] Open Access Control

Also, I added Reveleation Space and Bloominglabs' projects to the wiki at
http://www.hackcess.org.

Jordan from Pumping Station one has been kind enough to set this site up for
consolidating project links and info.

So please add any project that you think needs to be up there.
