[hackerspaces] Synchronous Hackathon for December

Was following along a bit with the space API thread over the weekend but
didn't get a chance to do anything until now. At the risk of showing my
ignorance, how is the space API intended to be used?

I did see the example and understand how it COULD BE used but feel as
though I am missing something. Do plans exist to aggregate all of the data
in a central app or page somewhere? Or is it just intended to be a common
way to format this data across spaces? This really is not my area of
expertise but find it interesting and would like to learn more about how it
is intended to be used.

Thanks for filling in any blanks that I am drawing on the concept!
