[hackerspaces] Libraries make room for hackerspaces [npr article]

We're trying to work things out on this side of the ocean too. Hackerspaces
in libraries is a topic that pops up here and there, whether people realize
that's they're talking about it or not. Anyway, exciting times for
hackerspaces and libraries.
