Step 2. At work, after the earthquake happened, program an arduino to output random low frequency tones for a few seconds each.

Step 3. Wait until she gets in the shower and plug in your nasty little device to the preamp input of the large subwoofer in the next room.

Step 4. Sleep in garage.
