[hackerspaces] Having trouble downloading Hackerspaces: The Beginning

I just signed up to Hackerspaces, because I'm interested in creating
one in the NYC/NJ area.  I wanted to read Bre Pettis' book but I get
404's from this URL:

http://hackerspaces.org/static/HackerSpaces-TheBeginning.pdf.zip

"Saving Link As" gets me a file 505 bytes in size.

I'm looking forward to reading it.
