[hackerspaces] November 2010 Call-in

Thanks to everybody for taking part in the call-in tonight.  Sorry no
recording, please can someone recommend a reliable open source solution
for recording the calls?

Participating spaces included TOG, SYN Shop, I3 Detroit, Crash Space, CT
Hackerspace, Alpha One Labs and Reverse Space.  I didn't keep many notes
but the high-level discussion included.  With the northern
hemisphere winter rapidly approaching the issue of heating was raised
for a number of the spaces.  Some spaces are looking at reducing or
making alternative arrangements for members dues.  Along with many
updates about recent and upcoming events.

We also talked about the upcoming synchronous hackathon.  We've got some
interesting plans which I detail in a separate email tomorrow.

The next call-in will be on Sunday the 5th of December.
