[hackerspaces] where do you buy electronics components and tools?

For South America, well i live in COlombia, wich is not too much south
but is the beginning ;-)

I bought from Sparkfun, Seedstudio, pololu and ultimachine.

Is really helpfull (Takign the risk) order from those because support
off USPS first class, wich is affortable for few stuff
