1) because in this case there's already a new page with actual info
I replaced the old content with

#REDIRECT [[Milwaukee Maker Space]]

so http://hackerspaces.org/wiki/Cold_Fizzin%27 is still a valid URL
but redirects to http://hackerspaces.org/wiki/Milwaukee_Maker_Space

http://hackerspaces.org/w/index.php?title=Cold_Fizzin%27&redirect=no

2) In case you haven't created the new page and want to rename the
page in question you can use the [Move] from top bar

[Page] [Discussion] [Edit with form] [Edit] [History] [Move] [Watch]

but to get this bar you have to create an account and/or have to log in.
Editing without logging in has restricted capabilities.

Editing logged in has also the advantage when someone wants to know
"whoever created it" that there is an account displayed in the page
history, not only an IP. (Hopefully with some contact info on the
user page)

cf. http://hackerspaces.org/w/index.php?title=Cold_Fizzin%27&action=history

cheers,
Peter
