I've been slowly outfitting our lab for SMD projects, and this place
has nice SMD parts assortments in reasonable quantities:

For nice solder stations and hot-air rework tools, check out the
"Aoyue" brand sold via Amazon and elsewhere. It's the same line of
tools sold by everyone else as their house brand for about 25%
cheaper.
