[hackerspaces] Conference software for the smaller event, hints wanted

True!

We're using pentabarf as well for HaxoGreen, mostly because it is proven
and people are accustomed to its schedule export

The setup is really a bit hackish, above all if you've never before been
working with ruby on rails and postgresql. Once it runs, it is a hell of
a software and I couldn't imagine how we would have managed our
submissions this year without that tool.

That being said, after migrating our server the day before yesterday and
exporting, importing the postgresql database, we're having trouble
getting it running again.

Anyway, we'll definitely check out the campfiremanager for next year's camp.
