[hackerspaces] automated membership dues request

[Eureka]

I know this is kind of "Evil" as well and sadly cuts a %% off but if you 
setup paypal for the hackerspace /w memberships as "subscriptions" it 
will do automatic billing/invoicing/payment for you.

Just a thought.
