[hackerspaces] Buy your own abandoned automotive plant!

My understanding was that the building was bought by University of Delaware
for their use and the auction was for all the bits inside. I would love to
get my hands on some of the machinery in there though. I'm thinking robotic
arm hammock that rocks you to sleep.
