[hackerspaces] need a hacker

Noemi,

Your ignorance of technology becomes a very amusing target to this crowd --
even I thought about joining in the fun for a little while. I think several
of us also sympathize; this list isn't full of inherently bad people. That
said, this is not the list that you want to be going to for help -- this is
a very public, and archived, mailing list. You really do -not- want to be
handing out personal information on this list, as there are certainly folks
that you do not want to see that on here. Some folks have really bad senses
of humor, some federal agents are members of hackerspaces, and even folks
with the best intentions can cause a lot of harm in this situation. The best
recommendation I can give you is to contact either the INS or a competent
immigration attorney. That really is the only legitimate or effective
solution that you have.

If you don't know how to find an immigration attorney in your area, or do
not know how to reach the INS to see what resources might be available to
you, please e-mail me off-list, and I will do my best to help you locate
someone that is able to give advice.

Best of luck to you,

-kive

P.S. Someone please remove her from the mailing list before some real harm
comes about, please.
