[hackerspaces] ATX Hackerspace has a new location

We signed a lease this afternoon and are moving into a new location on
September 1st.  Check it out:

We are maintaining our presence in the shared workshop in South Austin - but
having our own dedicated space will give us much more flexibility to
hack/make/learn/etc.
