At /tmp/lab we have a Dymo and a loose rule: if you use something that's not
labeled, put a label on it and enter it in the internal wiki. 

Pros:

- distributed
- low constraint

Cons:

- inefficient
- cumbersome

The process is ad-hoc and we generally label things that need to: spare
machines and hardware to keep track of what's been tested, stuff that goes
out of the lab. So, yes, there's room for improvement :)
