[hackerspaces] Size question

AlphaOne Labs, I've heard, has 110 members. Id say 300 is a lot, 500
is probably too much. At the point you reach 500, you probably have a
dispersed enough member population and income that you could split
into two - more manageable - spaces.

I'm all for the creation of more, more localized, hackerspaces.
