[hackerspaces] Hackathon November 20th

Since this will be our first webcam installation, I'd like to test what our
connection can handle, and what's feasible.

Anyone want to do a test-run this Saturday, 12:01 AM UTC?
See how many cams we can get up, best locations, etc.
