[hackerspaces] X-Mas wishlist

There is a good building in Philadelphia PA that would be a great
investment.  If you buy it, I'm sure we could work out a deal where
Hive76 fixes it up for you, in exchange for getting to keep it, and
sends you some nice pictures.

Gratz on the generous donor by the way, that is really excellent.
