How about:

-A stereo microscope with camera (soldering/demos)
-A high quality LCD projector and maybe a camera (for recording demos)
-1-5TB small RAID array or Linux server (music, backups, shop server)
-Small CNC mill for making circuit boards or parts (available used locally)
-Metal lathe
-Good quality PA system
-MIG/TIG welder
-Nice SMD soldering station(s)
-Electronic parts assortments
-Storage bins/shelves for projects
