[hackerspaces] Monthly Gatherings on support to P2P, free culture and network neutrality

Hi from France,

I don't speak Spanish, unfortunately, but I would like a bit more information. What happens in these gatherings ? Are they protests ? Are they street events ? Are they public conferences ?
