[hackerspaces] status of this list

 I think the best way to utilize a moderator would be to handle requests to
move threads as suggested in Eric's guideline's.  Moderator reviews the
thread and makes a deciscion and reminds everybody to be excellent to each
other.  Blatant douche baggery will result in a ban.
