Hey Peeps,

My all time personal favorite hacker song is Technologic by Daft Punk.

The lyrics, the clip, the groove, it all screams 'Hackerspace'.
 - video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtdWHFwmd2o
 - lyrics: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SN1qVWpO-t8

Also I'd like to see at least one Aphex Twin track:
 - Aphex Twin - Equation : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u-KMFxzA_Lk
(I chose this one because you can see Richard D. James' face on a
spectrograph using the audio-outputs:
(deeplink) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u-KMFxzA_Lk#t=5m26s )

I think The klf also needs to be in there:
- THE TIMELORDS / KLF - Doctorin' The Tardis:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bdTELokKfCk
This song was actually a hack on the music business, as explained in
"The Manual - How to have a number one - the easy way"
http://piratecinema.org/the_klf/the_manual.txt (a great read btw)
And it has a Dr. Who sample all the way trough, QED. ;-)

Less related, but still effing cool:
- Front242 - headhunter : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lPpUFBVSyWs

Runners up:

- Richard Stallman - Free Software song :
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2-ZJKOpkAbQ
(Al tough this may break the mood of the album a bit :-)

- Maybe a bit of Humppa?
http://wiki.whatthehack.org/index.php/Humppa (blame the openBSD crowd
for this one)

Along the same lines:
- The Firm - Star trekkin' http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FlTMXiqbDZU

Or some Nerdcore?

Some 8bit beats?

Grts and have fun negotiating with the RIAA, ;-)
