[hackerspaces] hackerspaces mailinglist and stuff

hey aestetix, astera,

sounds cool

the mailinglists currently run on the metalab listserv - probably
would be best to set up a new mailman on the hackerspaces server and
just have volunteers admin it

also i don't really feel cool with only metalab guys having access to
the server and the lists - any experienced admins from the various
international spaces wanna pitch in?
