[hackerspaces] Shared apartment place in Berlin for 26C3

as I am not going to Berlin and 26C3, I'm giving away my space in a  
shared (with such awesome folks as hackers from Metalab, Noisebridge  
and friends) apartment in Friedrichshain, just a couple minutes from  
BCC by train, between Dec. 21st and Jan. 05th.
